- Character selection screen for Overseer Coleman

Overseer Coleman is a rust cultist who managed to free his faith from the rein of their Canadian overlords, and is one of the two merchant republics situated in the Great lakes, the other one being the Republic of Superior. The nation starts with three territories at the 2666 starting date, with a De Jure claims on the nearby Tribe of Geeyem, allowing for quick expansion at the start of the game. He also is apart of the Rust Cultist faith, a old world religion that he happens to own a holy site for, the territory of Motown, with two other sites being nearby in the lands of Cuyahoga and Chicago. This start allows for good expansion into De Jure parts of the Kingdom of Michigan, as well as reforming the Rust Cultist faith.
