The Iswa people (more commonly referred to as Catawba) have been... less fortunate than many of their cousins in their break from the reservations. While greatly resurgent compared to their former numbers, to many it still feels as it did centuries ago- envassalled to a vastly superior power who would rather force them to conform than tolerate their differences, and seeking to once more strip them of their land.
