The Boricua people live on the island of Puerto Rico.Their cultures name derives from the Taino word Boriken which translates to "the great land of the valiant and noble Lord". While Santería was present on the island before the fall of America the faith has overtaken Christianity by the time they had joined the Caribbean Empire.
